Make your voice heard

One of our most cherished and essential freedoms is the right to advocate for and be heard on issues that concern us.  ECHC supports those constitutional freedoms and is dedicated to helping residents both “find their voice” and use their voice to constructive result.

Wondering how best to do that? CitizensCount offers a great resource on how to Advocate for Your Cause in NH. This  will help you:

  • Find your elected officials and learn how to contact them
  • Understand the local and state legislative calendars, including opportunities to register your input on pending legislation
  • Write an  effective Letter to the Editor

Other ways to advocate effectively include:

  • Leveraging events in your community
  • Tracking current action alerts by issue (provided by our partner organizations)

Don’t let a loud few determine the nature of the sound. It makes for poor harmony and diminishes the song.”
